MELAKUKAN INSTALASI INSTALLATION

Masukkan CD ReksoTranslator, AutoPlay akan berjalan dan layar berikut ini akan tampil.
Insert ReksoTranslator CD, AutoPlay will run and the following screen will appear

Click Next / Klik Next
Mohon baca dengan seksama License Agreement yang tampil.
Please read the License Agreement carefully

Bila Anda telah membaca dan MENYETUJUI License Agreement tersebut, silahkan klik Accept.
Jika Anda tidak setuju, klik Decline dan proses instalasi akan berhenti.
If you have read and AGREE with the License Agreement, please click Accept
otherwise, click Decline and Setup will be canceled automatically.

pastikan folder tujuan Anda sesuai dengan gambar di atas, kemudian klik Next.
In order to simplify your installation process, make sure your
destination folders are matching with the above picture, then click Next

NB: Apabila folder tujuan Anda bukan C:\Rekso\Translator, Anda perlu membaca Lain Folder,

Note: If your destinantion folder is not C:\Rekso\Translator you will need to read Different Folder,


Click Yes / Klik Yes
Click Install ./ Klik Install.
Click OK. / Klik OK.
Silahkan klik No, kemudian lanjutkan ke Permintaan Password.
Click No, then continue with Password Request.

ReksoTranslator memerlukan password.
Silahkan jalankan langkah-langkah di bawah ini untuk mendapatkan password Anda
A password is required to operate ReksoTranslator.

Click ReksoTranslator icon as seen on your desktop, the following window will appear
Klik OK / Click OK

Isilah kolom-kolom 1) 2) 3) 4) dengan data diri Anda, kemudian lakukan langkah 5). Ikuti petunjuk pada gambar di bawah ini.
Fill in columns 1) 2) 3) 4) with your personal data, then click 5), follow the guidelines as seen below.

telah Anda mendapatkan password, masukkan password tersebut ke kolom Password kemudian klik OK.
Aftergetting your password, type in the password into Password column then click OK.

Jika Password sudah terisi dengan benar, Anda akan selalu otomatis diarahkan ke Jalankan Program
After the password entered correctly, you will always directly forwarded to Run Program.

PENERJEMAHAN/ TRANSLATION

Dilihat dari macam input dan outputnya, ada 5(lima) macam pilihan penerjemahan, yaitu:
According to the input and output type, there are 5 types of translation, they're:
1. Layar ke Layar Screen to Screen
2. Layar ke File Screen to File
3. ClipBoard ke Layar ClipBoard to Screen
4. ClipBoard ke File ClipBoard to File
5. File ke File File to File
Secara sederhana bisa dikatakan bahwa, bila Anda tidak mengisi nama OutputFile, berarti output ke Layar; sedang bila Anda mengisi nama OutputFile, berarti output ke File.
Simply said, if you do not fill in the OutputFile's name, output will be directed to screen, otherwise, to output will be directed to file.

Catatan: Clipboard adalah, ketika Anda memblok suatu text kemudian meng-copy, maka hasilnya secara otomatis disimpan dalam Clipboard
Note: Clipboard is, when you block and then copy a text, the result will automatically saved as Clipboard

Keterangan: Notes:
1. Pilihan Media Input: 1. Media Input:
KetikLangsung / CopyPaste; pilih, kemudian ketikkan atau copykan kalimat-kalimat yang ingin diterjemahkan pada kolom Angka-2. DirectTyping / CopyPaste; select, then type or copy the text to be translated into column Number-2.
IsiClipboard; pilih, dan program akan otomatis memeriksa apakah clipboard sudah terisi. From Clipboard; select, and the program will automatically check if Clipboard exists.
Isi Dari Suatu Text File; pilih, dan program akan otomatis menampilkan layar browse memberi Anda kesempatan untuk memilih file yang ingin diterjemahkan. Bila dokumen Anda masih dalam bentuk MSWord atau format lain yang bukan text, Anda harus lebih dulu melakukan File/SaveAs – PlainText atau TextOnly. A Text File; select, and the program will automatically display the file browser menu, to give you a chance to identify the file. If your document is in MsWord or other non-text format, you must first File/SaveAs -PlainText or TextOnly.
2. Asal/Source: Kolom untuk menempatkan kalimat-kalimat yang ingin diterjemahkan. 2. Asal/Source: This column is to place the sentences to be translated.
3. Pilihan Media Output: 3. Media Output:
Layar saja; pilih, maka hasil terjemahan hanya akan ditayangkan di layar dan tidak disimpan ke file. Screen only; select, the program will only display the result to the screen, and will not save it into file.
Simpan Langsung ke TXT File; pilih, maka hasil terjemahan akan ditayangkan di layar dan secara otomatis juga disimpan ke TXT file. Anda akan diminta menentukan nama file. Save into TXT File; select, the program will automatically save the result into a text file. You will be asked to give the file name.
4. Isi Output, diperlukan hanya bila Anda pilih Simpan Langsung ke TXT File: 4. Output, is needed when you select "Simpan Langsung ke TXT File".
Hasil Terjemahan Saja; pilih, file output hanya akan berisi hasil terjemahan. The Result Only; select, output file will record only the result.
Asal dan Hasil Terjemahan; pilih, maka pada file output ReksoTranslator akan menuliskan alinea asal dan diikuti dengan hasil terjemahan – ini akan memudahkan Anda melakukan koreksi hasil terjemahan. Source and Result; select, output file will record both the source and the result text. This will help you in editing the result.
5. Hasil/Result: Kolom untuk menampilkan hasil terjemahan; akan dimunculkan alinea per alinea; mungkin terlalu cepat untuk dibaca 5. Hasil/Result: The result will be displayed here, per paragraph consecutively; it could be to fast to read.
6. Editor Hasil Terjemahan, bila Anda lakukan pilihan ini maka program editor akan otomatis dihidupkan setelah selesainya proses penerjemahan, dan Anda bisa langsung mengedit hasil terjemahan, pilihan ini diperlukan hanya bila Anda pilih Simpan Langsung ke TXT File: Klik kolom kosong yang ada di bawah judul, program akan coba memilihkan nama program berdasarkan software yang terinstall di komputer Anda, dengan urutan pencarian MSWord, WordPerfect, Notepad. 6. Result Editor, when you select, the editor will be automatically activated at end of the translation. This option is valid only when you selected ‘Simpan Langsung ke TXT File’. Just click the empty column, the program will try to select the editor for you based on the software installed in your computer; it will try the following: MSWord – WordPerfect - Notepad.
7. Bidang Keilmuan: Klik tanda panah kemudian klik-ganda pilihan Anda. 7. Branches of Knowledge: click the arrow, then double click your choice.
8. Arah Terjemahan: Tentukan arah terjemahan yang Anda inginkan, Inggris-Indonesia atau Indonesia-Inggris. 8. Translation Direction: Determine your translation direction, English into Indonesian or Indonesian into English.
9. Translate/Terjemahkan: Klik untuk memulai proses penerjemahan. Untuk tiap alinea yang selesai diterjemahkan, sumber akan ditanyangkan pada kolom Angka-2 dan hasil terjemahan akan ditayangkan pada kolom Angka-5, dan bersamaan dengan itu akan ditayangkan pula daftar kata/idiom pada kolom DaftarKata. 9. Translate/Terjemahkan: click to start the translation process. For every finished paragraph the program will display the source and the result, simultanously it will display the list of words or idioms on the DaftarKata.
10. Koreksi Kamus: Klik untuk melakukan koreksi kamus. Sebagai persiapan, silahkan ‘tentukan – blok – copy’ kata/idiom yang ingin dilakukan koreksi kamusnya kemudian baru Anda klik tombol Koreksi Kamus. 10. Dictionary Correction: click to start dictionary correction. As preparation, you have to ‘identify – block – copy’, the word or idiom to be corrected
11. Help: untuk menampilkan help yang sedang Anda baca ini. 11. Help: Show you this guidelines you are reading.
12. Close/Exit: untuk meninggalkan / keluar dari layar penerjemahan dan kembali ke layar Selamat Datang. 12. Close/Exit: Exit the program and back to Welcome.





BEBERAPA PETUNJUK PRAKTIS
SOME SIMPLE GUIDELINES


Layar ke Layar: Anda hanya perlu menjalankan urutan Angka-1, 2, 7, 8, dan 9. Screen to Screen: Select the numbers 1, 2, 7, 8, and 9.
Layar ke File: Anda perlu menjalankan urutan Angka-1, Angka-2, Angka-3, Angka-4, Angka-6, Angka-7, Angka-8, Angka-9. Screen to File: Select the numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9.
ClipBoard ke Layar: Anda perlu lebih dulu mengisi ClipBoard dengan blok-copy teks yang ingin Anda terjemahkan, kemudian Anda perlu menjalankan urutan Angka-1, 7, 8, 9. ClipBoard to Screen: You need to firstly prepare the ClipBoard by block - copy the text you want to translate, then select the numbers 1, 7, 8, 9.
ClipBoard ke File: Anda perlu lebih dulu mengisi ClipBoard dengan blok-copy teks yang ingin Anda terjemahkan, kemudian Anda perlu menjalankan urutan Angka-1, Angka-3, Angka-4, Angka-6, Angka-7, Angka-8, Angka-9. ClipBoard to File: You need to firstly prepare the ClipBoard by block - copy the text you want to translate, then select the numbers 1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9.
File ke File: Dokumen yang ingin Anda terjemahkan perlu lebih dulu disimpan dalam bentuk teks file, dengan cara, bila Anda menggunakan MSWord lakukan File-SaveAs – (pada Files of type pilih) plaintext atau textonly. Kemudian Anda perlu menjalankan urutan Angka-1, Angka-3, Angka-4, Angka-5, Angka-6, Angka-7, Angka-8, Angka-9. File to File: You need to first save your document in text format. Here is the example, if you use MsWord do File-SaveAs- and in the file type choose plaintext or textonly. Then select the numbers 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9.

KOREKSI ISI KAMUS
DICTIONARY UPDATE

ReksoTranslator menyediakan falitas update/koreksi atas isi data kamus; namun falitas ini sifatnya terbatas. Apabila pada layar DICTIONARY / KAMUS, Anda melihat tanda (protected), berarti Anda tidak boleh melakukan update atas kata pilihan Anda, pun juga bila kata tersebut mengandung kesalahan.
ReksoTranslator facilitates update to the dictionary; however the facility is limited. When you find in the screen, your word is marked with (protected), it means that you are not allowed to make any changes, even if the dictionary is wrong.

Untuk memulai proses, pertama Anda tentukan kata yang ingin Anda koreksi, kemudian block dan copy kata tersebut, kemudian klick tombol KoreksiKamus. Selanjutnya Anda ikuti apa yang nampak di layar.
To initiate the process, first you have to decide the word you are going to update, next you block then copy the word, then click the KoreksiKamus button. Next you will follow the screen.


Setelah langkah ke 3) akan muncul layar di bawah ini.
After step 3) the screen below will appear.


Bila muncul tulisan (protected), berarti Anda tidak bisa melakukan update atas kata yang Anda pilih.
When the mark (protected) appears, means you cannot make any modification.

INFORMASI TAMBAHAN
Install ReksoTranslator diasumsikan masuk ke folder C:\Rekso\Translator; proses akan secara otomatis meng-create nama folder tersebut.
Anda boleh mengubahnya dengan nama lain, tetapi untuk itu anda akan perlu melakukan beberapa penyesuaian nama Path untuk Database Alias tersebut di bawah ini:

rAliasID C:\Rekso\Translator\Product_id new path\Product_id

Adapun cara melakukannya:
Pertama kali menghidupkan ReksoTranslator Anda akan mendapat pesan ‘program not found’. Klik OK.
Kemudian, dari daftar menu yang ada di bagian atas pilih Tools - Alias Manager maka akan muncul layar seperti nampak di bawah ini. Untuk melihat dan memilih nama-nama database alias, klik tanda panah.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

ReksoTranslator installation will automatically goes into folder C:\Rekso\Translator; the folder will be automatically created.
You may alter the default, but you will require to make some modification to Path name of the following Database Alias:

How to do?
At the first time you start ReksoTranslator, you will get ‘program not found’ message. Click OK.
Then from the menu listed on the top, select Tools – Alias Manager and a screen as seen above will be prompted. To see the list of database aliases click the arrow icon.
